I created a social network for a project about digital inclusion. The site was created, with help from the U3A, for the over 60's who are typically non internet users. The aim of the site was to share the stories and memories of old age pensioners, and to create a community around sharing stories, hobbies and interests. I tried to make the site as easy to use as possible. With the how-to section I hoped that they could learn how to use the site, which could then be transferred to other sites.

The site was built using Buddypress, a Wordpress add on. I tried to create a homely, aged feel, using photographs from the era they grew up in, and aged paper which looked like an old journal page.
